Randy Grishaber
Principal Consultant and Founder - Overview Bio
The Managing Member of Wellspring Innovation, LLC is Randy B. Grishaber, President and CEO, who has served multiple roles from test engineer to technical lead and held general management responsibilities within the medical device and aerospace industries for over twenty-five (25) years.

Prior to founding Wellspring Innovation, LLC, Randy was a contributing engineer and leadership associate for Cordis Corporation, a Johnson & Johnson company. After a number of successful contributions to the overall business, he was tapped to become President of the Nitinol Development Corporation (NDC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Cordis and Johnson & Johnson. As a technical leader, Randy led a number of product development engineering teams and an advanced research & development group over different periods of service. Prior to J&J, Randy Grishaber worked for W.L. Gore and Associates, Inc. in Flagstaff, AZ where he was the founding Technical Champion (Director) of Gore’s Nitinol Technology Group. In addition to time spent at Sandia National Laboratories in Livermore, CA, he started his career at the Aerojet Propulsion Division, R&D Development laboratories in Sacramento, CA.
